Our Shop Policies

To ensure a smooth and premium experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review our shop policies. Punctuality is appreciated, as it allows us to give each client the time and attention they deserve. Thank you for your understanding.

What is your cancellation policy?

To respect the time of our barbers and fellow clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service's value, charged to the card on file. No-shows will be charged the full 100% of the service amount. You can manage your appointment easily via the link in your confirmation email or by calling the shop directly.

What if I'm running late?

We understand that life happens. If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible. We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to ensure we stay on schedule for our next client. In some cases, if the service cannot be completed in the remaining time, we may need to reschedule your appointment entirely, which would be treated as a same-day cancellation and subject to the corresponding fee. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Our barbershop primarily operates on an appointment-based system to ensure every client receives dedicated, unhurried time with their barber. While we do welcome walk-ins if there is an unexpected opening or cancellation, we cannot guarantee availability. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and barber. This guarantees you won't have to wait and that we can provide the full, premium experience you deserve. The best way to book is through our online system.

Which barber is right for me?

All of our barbers are highly skilled professionals trained to The King's Cut standard. We recommend visiting our 'Barbers' page to read about each of their specialties. For example, Leo excels at modern, textured styles, while Arthur is a master of traditional cuts and shaves. If you're unsure, feel free to call the shop, and our front desk can provide a personal recommendation based on the style you're looking for. You're in great hands with anyone on our team.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

For the best possible haircut, we recommend arriving with your hair clean and free of heavy styling products or hat-hair, as this allows our barbers to see its natural texture and growth patterns. If you have reference photos of the style you'd like, please bring them along—we love to see your inspiration! Most importantly, plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in, relax, and enjoy the full experience we offer without feeling rushed.

Can I request a silent appointment?

Absolutely. We understand that you may want to use your time in the chair to relax, unwind, and disconnect. A silent appointment means your barber will only engage in essential conversation related to your service, such as the initial consultation and any necessary questions during the cut. You can simply sit back and enjoy the quiet. Please feel free to add a note to your online booking or mention it to your barber at the start of your service. Your comfort is our priority, and we are happy to accommodate.
