2. Site Access and Use

4. Bookings, Payments, and Pricing
By booking a service, you agree to pay the listed price for that service. We may require a deposit or credit card information to hold your appointment time slot.
- Booking Confirmation: An appointment confirmation email or message verifies that your time slot has been reserved. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for any reason, including scheduling conflicts or issues identified by our systems.
- Pricing: All prices for services are listed on our Pricelist page and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
5. Appointments and Cancellation Policy
Our shop operates on a schedule to ensure every client receives the highest quality of service. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.
- Late Arrivals: We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later than 10 minutes may require us to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment, and a late fee or cancellation fee may apply.
- Cancellations & No-Shows: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee, which may be up to 100% of the scheduled service value.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on The King's Cut Barbershop Site, including our brand name, logos, text, graphics, images, and photographs, is the property of The King's Cut Barbershop and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE KING'S CUT BARBERSHOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR YOUR RECEIPT OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN QUESTION.
